We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Administrator to help in supporting the Sales Support Manager with any queries within the team or more senior queries with customers.


LOCATION:
Nottingham - UK - Hybrid Working


JOB SPECIFICATION:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will sit within an 18-strong team.


The main responsibilities will be:

  • Working alongside the Sales Support Manager with all queries within Sales Support.
  • Processing orders and data on the CRM systems.
  • Handling telephonebased customer order queries, managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Managing backorders and suggesting alternative products for the customer should there be any stock issues.
This is a fulltime role, working Monday - Friday.

You will initially need to be in the office 5 days a week for training and following this, you will need to be in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days at home.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Interest in the sales side of a business and confidence in your ability to provide customers with an endtoend, positive experience.
  • Experience within an order processing or similar administration background would be advantageous.
