B-Skill are looking to recruit a Recruitment Officer to join its growing Sales & Marketing Team.
The Recruitment Officer will recruit apprentices to fill existing client vacancies alongside engaging with new employers to identify new opportunities.
Location:
Home Based - Ideally based in the North East (National position)
Salary:
Basic £25k per annum / OTE £37,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will make outbound calls to engage employers and individuals in specific sectors, identifying training needs, following up with supporting information and receiving expressions of interest.
- Advertise Apprenticeship vacancies using various methods and platforms (Job Boards, Find an Apprentice, Website and Social Media)
- Proactively shortlist, interview and match suitable prospective apprentices and trainees providing comprehensive Information, Advice and Guidance ensuring learners are eligible for employment and funding.
- To regularly monitor and update learner talent pools and recruitment trackers to ensure vacancies are filled timely and suitable apprentices placed with employers
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment; compliant with GDPR regulations, funding agencies rules, employer and organisational guidelines
- Achieving agreed recruitment targets to ensure we meet contractual targets and increase Apprenticeship revenues
- Contact prospective customers, promoting our recruitment, training and development solutions through engaging and securing new business.
- Actively use Social Media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter etc) to promote B-Skill services and recruitment opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
- To accurately update CRM system daily by completing all customer details and sales information to the required B-Skill standards.
- Take ownership of an agreed number of employer accounts for ongoing management of employer relationships and pipeline activity.
- Attend employer/recruitment events where applicable to generate opportunities.
- Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.

- To undertake any other duties (training offered where applicable) in line with business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience recruitment or B2B sales
- Experience of working in a target driven role, with the ability to achieve monthly targets timely.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- A passion for finding the best talent and outcome for our employers
- IAG qualification would be beneficial, don't worry if you don't hold this we can support you to achieve this as part of your ongoing training & development
