Salary range:
£27,166 - £35,057 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Purpose:
- To carry out monitoring and auditing of Approved Training Organisations and Internet Test Centres (ITC) and recommend any actions because of findings in line with CITB requirements.
- To carry analysis of Centre documentation to ensure compliance with scheme rules and renewal requirements
Role Accountabilities:
To carry out audits on Approved Training Organisation and Internet Test Centres by:
- Checking Centre documentation, ensuring it complies with scheme rules in connection with the documented sampling strategy
- Provide support for Senior Quality Consultants, as necessary
- Suggest actions for centres to be complaint with the scheme rules
- Review and track the implementation of actions of centres against the scheme rules
- Provide advice and guidance to customers
- Contribute to the investigation of customer complaints and appeals by providing information when requested
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of CITB products
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction that is world class
- Actively build relationships with customers and employers through a supportive approach to quality assurance
- Produce clear written reports in plain English for customers and employers with clear guidance and feedback for CITB products
- Actively share good and poor practice during standardisation team meetings with colleagues
- Contribute to the regular maintenance of the ISO process' identifying innovative solutions to improve current practices
- Share business influences with appropriate teams to ensure CITB achieves its objectives
Decision Making and Business Impact:
Reporting to the Team Manager
- Ensure a costeffective approach to monitoring Approved Training Organisation documentation.
- Provide support customers and employers on scheme rule requirements
- Working to Quality Assurance processes and standards
- Report operational issues to Team Manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement for the business in line with ISO 9001 principles
- Provide world class customer service to all customers by dealing with them in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure the audit of documentation through monitoring is based on risk and the CITB quality assurance strategy
- Recommend products to customers who deliver CITB products based on scheme requirements
- Workload prioritisation within the documented requirements of each scheme
- Decisions of when to pass a case on to the Fraud Manager
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
- Educated to GCSE standard A-C in at least Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Ability to manage conflict in difficult situations
- Full UK Driving License
Desirable
- A working knowledge of CITB health and safety testing products
- Experience in writing professional business to business reports
- Auditing experience
- Experience in delivering business presentations
- A working knowledge of CITB Products
- Auditing experience
- Knowledge of construction
