Credit Paralegal / Litigation Executive / Fee Earner - Greater Manchester


Credit Hire Fee Earner - The work is a real mix of credit hire cases, from pre-litigated credit hire through to Portal as well as small claims and fast track litigation.

You will also gain exposure to suspected credit hire fraud, liability investigations and bodily injury cases.

Day-to-day responsibilities
The hiring managers are looking for bright applicants with inquisitive minds. You will gain excellent exposure to a fantastic mix of work.

Depending on your level of experience, you will be expected to:


  • Analyse the information available and create case strategies on credit hire cases keeping in mind any client guidelines
  • Liaise and negotiate with insureds, insurers, as well as third part solicitors with the aime of pursuing rapid and expedient settlement of cases
  • Conduct court telephone hearings
  • Conduct periodic file reviews
  • Provide updates to clients on the progress of cases and case activity
