Main purpose of the role:

You'll deliver an effective and high-quality service to the St.

James's Place Partnership by working as part of a high performance team that logs and captures information, processes fee files, and provides robust, end to end support on all aspects of Partners income, payments and benefits.


What you'll be doing:


  • Prepare Payments and ensure all are actioned in line with SLAs to ensure timely payments.
  • Excellent knowledge of all day to day administration tasks across the department.
  • Logging, and processing daily, weekly and monthly charges and payments to Partner statements.
  • Investigating and resolving queries regarding Partners payments and benefits.
  • Processing amendments and adjustments as required to correct errors.
  • Capturing data from various source documents into key systems for processing.
  • Assisting the team with general administration tasks.
  • Completing all allocated work efficiently and in line with service expectations set by Management.

Who we're looking for:


  • A good understanding of payroll principals with extensive experience in file processing and data capturing.
  • A good understanding of how the Partnership works including all elements of Partners earnings and overall Remuneration.
  • Intermediate or above experience with MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, administrational and time management skills.
  • Articulate and able to communicate very well with all levels of staff.
  • Able to explain information in a simple and clear way.
