**Permanent contract | £29,269 to £31,364 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a Performance Monitoring Officer to join our team, to support the successful delivery of the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) across Norfolk and Waveney.


The Adult Social Care Commissioning Team in Norfolk County Council has recently been reorganised to strengthen the focus on place-based commissioning and on delivering strong, integrated commissioning between social care and health partners.

The ICES contract is a key deliverable of the Communities and Integration Team.


This is a varied role, and you should have experience of analysing complex data, project and business support and advanced Excel skills.

The role is responsible for;

  • Developing performance management and bespoke business intelligence reports, identifying, analysing, and interpreting trend or patterns across the service
  • Supporting the daily work for the ICES service by providing proactive business and project support Working with the contract manager, commissioners, and the supplier, to identify issues and propose evidence driven changes.
The role is based in County Hall and the provider depot.
