- Manningassigned vessels with qualified, certificated and medically fitClient Representatives in accordance with National, Internationaland Company specific requirements.
- Ensuring that ClientRepresentatives are provided for vessels/projects in a timelymanner by closely liaising with the external travel company,selecting the best option of travel and are in possession of thecorrect documentation, visas, work permits etc.
- Serving as theprimary point of contact for project managers regarding crewingmatters, addressing concerns or requirements related to crewmanagement.
- Liaising with onshoreand offshore project management to plan and agree clientrepresentative movements and swap outs.
- Maintaining reliablescheduling and mobilisation/demobilisation information
- Understandingof the Offshore Industry including the processes required tomobilise and travel personnel to international worksites andvessels.
- Experiencein managing crew members, including scheduling, coordinatingrotations andaddressing personnel issues.
- Workingknowledge of the competencies/training required for offshoreroles.
- Strongcustomer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needsand ensuring high levels ofsatisfaction.
- Adaptableand proactive with a methodical approach to tasks and ability tomanage workflows and deliver in a time-sensitivesetting.
- Proficientin the use of computer software and applications for scheduling,documentation management, and communicationpurposes.
