The position offered covers but is not limited to the following expectations: - 1. Excellent knowledge of HVAC Building Services Industry.

HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering as an absolute minimum.

3. 10+ Years' experience in the Building Services Engineering industry for senior grades.

Direct communication with the client/architect/design team at pre-tender stage to evaluate specific requirements for projects.
Outline budget costings for projects.
Production of working drawings and schematics to send to CAD department for issue.
Highly organised with a logical and disciplined approach to deadlines.
Excellent written skills for specification /report writing.
Excellent verbal communication skills is essential.
Ability to use Windows 10 and AutoCAD 2020.
Experience with electronic mail systems, Outlook and the Internet.
Carrying out estimates for tenders and contracts.
Project managing site engineers is desirable but not essential.
Carrying out invoicing of projects in full co-ordination with our clerical staff.

Company Vehicle

A company vehicle will be provided. Company mileage will be claimed on a monthly basis but private fuel will not be available.

Working Hours

All our office based engineers operate from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with one hour for lunch - Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on a Friday.

Annual holiday entitlement is 23 days plus 8 statutory days.

After successful completion of your probationary period, you will be eligible to be included in the BUPA private medical insurance scheme.
