Summary:


Key responsibilities:


  • Defining the work scope to be delivered within the contract of work
  • Securing the required resources to meet project requirements
  • Ensuring the maintenance of SQEP and promptly identifying personnel issues
  • Maintaining effective communications with all stakeholders
  • Executing the project / Project Execution Plan within contract of work
  • Ensuring the delivery of the contract safely, on time and to budget meeting all requirements
  • Monitoring and managing the progress of the programme
  • Resolving issues within the contract
  • Ensuring a high level of safety, security and environmental responsibilities
  • Interfacing with other programmes to ensure a highlevel view of how project is progressing

Skills and experience required:


  • Degree qualification in a related field and a professional project management qualification
  • Prior experience of delivering projects within a technically complex / dynamic environment
  • Experience in the nuclear energy sector or similar regulated environment (preferred)
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and provide support to team members
  • Excellent computer skills
