Summary:
We are looking for an

Key responsibilities:


  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business.
  • Providing strategic and daytoday leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans.
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines and manage recruitment
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and HR line managers.
  • Support line managers across the business on organisational structure and design.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the business strategy.
  • Monitor, review, and report department performance.
  • Make decisions to resolve issues that affect the achievement of deadlines / targets.
  • Provide uptodate knowledge of the legal framework in which HR operates.
  • Review HR processes & policies ensuring the client is working in line with current legislation.
  • Deliver key HR initiatives across the business restructuring, resourcing etc
  • Report HR data to support with benchmarking and development of HR strategies & solutions.

Skills and experience required:


  • Previous HR administrative experience is essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 required
  • Understanding of all key HR policies as well as current employment legislation
  • Ability to manage own workload and balance priorities
  • 3 years minimum People management and organisational skills.
  • 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor/HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
