MUST HAVE SAP SUCCESSFACTOR experience

We present to you an informative job description that outlines the role in full.

As part of our busy internal resourcing team, we are seeking a temp in the position of Recruitment Campaign Manager, responsible for driving our recruitment system and overseeing the end-to-end process until a suitable offer is extended.


To ensure seamless operations, we require physical presence at our office for a minimum of two days each week, primarily for the purpose of conducting Right To Work verifications.

As a prerequisite for this role, we kindly request that applicants possess demonstrable experience in SAP SuccessFactors, as regrettably, we are unable to provide training on the system.

Applicants without this will be rejected automatically.


Knowledge & Experience:


Essential

  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of strategic and operational resourcing
  • Understand IR35 concepts and generic assessment process.
  • Solid understanding of the working relationship between a service user and a managed service provider
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a strategic resourcing environment
  • Excellent liaison and communication skills with HR colleagues, service managers and users
  • Excellent capability related to the use of Microsoft and excel programmes

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£280.00-£320.00 per day
