    Job Title: Clinical Director in Occupational Medicine

    Company: Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT)

    Location: The Education Centre, St Thomas' Hospital

    Salary: From £93,666 - £126,281 per annum excl. London Zone

    Honorarium: £3,000 per Programmed Activity for Clinical Director Duties in line with the Trust pay rate for Clinical Directors

    Full-Time 10 PA a week

    The Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service (OHSWB) at GSTT is seeking a full-time clinical director to lead their team. The OHSWB is known for driving initiatives forward and is looking for an individual with the right skills to maintain excellence in clinical and academic practices.

    The post holder will act as a consultant, clinical director, and a member of the senior leadership team under the Chief People Officer and Director of Nursing.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the OHSWB and ensure its performance and quality
    • Direct internal and external projects in line with Trust priorities
    • Supervise occupational medicine trainees

    About GSTT: GSTT is a leading hospital Trust in England, known for its commitment to occupational health services including health and safety, manual handling, fit testing, and staff wellbeing.

    Requirements:

    • GMC registration and eligibility for inclusion on the GMCs Specialist Register
    • Certificate of Completion of Training in Occupational Medicine or equivalent
