Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The postholder will provide a comprehensive administrative service within a small housing management team, and administrative support across departments to maintain service delivery within our head office as required.
He / She implement the Association's Allocations Policies and Procedures and provide an effective and responsive housing management service to THA's applicants for housing and tenants.
To ensure effective management of information and that systems are implemented and maintained to facilitate the work of the Housing Team.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A.
ALLOCATIONS
- To maintain accurate waiting lists and other records and material relating to the allocation of tenancies.
- To attend and service weekly allocations meetings.
- To carry out a full mail merge of all applicants to verify current housing need.
- To update CRM waiting list for the upload to OmniLedger G2- should we not keep person out of Omni
B.
GENERAL
- To assist the Housing Management Department in meeting Performance Targets for key aspects of the Housing service (is this relvant).
- To ensure confidentiality of all information dealt with and operate in accordance with THA's Confidentiality and Data Protection Policies.
- To uphold and promote all aspects of THA's Equality and Diversity Strategy.
- To adhere to THA's Health & Safety Policy and procedures.
- To attend training courses, conferences, seminars and working parties in agreement with the Housing Services Director and Chief Executive.
- To carry out any other duties consistent with the job purpose which may be required from time to time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month
Salary:
£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Londo, WC1N 3QU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
