- Category Insight Manager is an essential, critical role with responsibility for supporting strategic commercial decision making across the business

- Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)
The role:
- As Category Insight Manager you will be responsible for leading category reviews across the business analysing internal and external data and metrics to drive actionable strategies
- Working with stakeholders across the business the Category Insight Manager will identify, lead deep dive analysis into pricing and promotions to drive actionable discussions that drive commercial performance
- Acting as consultant to the business the Category Insight Manager will lead insight projects across all areas of category management including NPD launches, distribution gaps, category performance etc
- Using internal and external data such a Nielsen and Kantar the Category Insight Manager will deliver category reports and recommendations to the business to drive commercial decision making.
- You will have in depth experience as a Category Manager or Insight Manager working for a leading FMCG brand. Ideally you will have completed a graduate program that has enabled you have to broad business exposure
- You will have fantastic data and insight skills, the culture of this brand thrives in this way and building strong relationships is key to success.
- The Category Insight Manager will have fantastic experience of driving actionable decisionmaking gained form a global FMCG organisation.
- In this entrepreneurial environment it is essential that you have excellent project management experience along with the ability to drive engagement and execution across the wider business.
