The Role:

We are seeking a Creative Director (Social First) who embodies the spirit of innovation that drives Campfire.

This is not a role for the faint-hearted; it demands a visionary capable of understanding the pulse of digital culture and translating it into groundbreaking content across all forms of media.

From UGC and live action to animation and graphic design, you will lead the creative charge, ensuring that every campaign not only meets but exceeds our clients' expectations.

Your mission will be to bridge strategy with creativity, turning insights into actions and ideas into viral sensations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the creative execution of multiplatform socialfirst campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Strategy teams to refine and implement campaign visions, producing content that is innovative, engaging, and impactful.
  • Oversee a broad spectrum of content creation, including but not limited to UGC, live action shoots, animation, motion design, and graphic design, ensuring highquality and consistency across all outputs.
  • Cultivate and lead a dynamic creative team, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
