Job Summary:

As the Project Lead, you will be the driving force behind our newly established project management team. Your role involves overseeing the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring world-class delivery and timely execution.

You will be instrumental in shaping the project management framework at Campfire, bringing innovative approaches and best practices to our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Leadership:


  • Oversee largescale, complex projects, ensuring timely execution and worldclass delivery.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, allocating resources effectively.

Team Building and Mentorship:


  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of project managers, instilling high standards of project management.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular updates and adapting to changes efficiently.

Process Innovation and Implementation:


  • Create and implement effective project management processes and methodologies.
  • Continuously seek improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Upskilling Client Services Team:


  • Develop and conduct training sessions on project management best practices for the client services team.
  • Ensure the client services team is equipped to manage retainer clients and less complex projects with the same level of efficiency and organization.

Industry Insights and Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing largescale projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead project management teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to train and mentor teams in project management practices.
  • Knowledge of the social media marketing and influencer industry.
