The Strategic Account Management department at Campfire is more than just client relationships.

Operating as a trusted team of Strategic experts in Digital Marketing, we thrive on giving our clients an agency experience beyond the standard service of others.

We do this by feeding into four key areas of the business
-
Relationship Management: maintaining and nurturing our client relationships


Project Management:
collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver only the best work, when we say we're going to deliver it


Existing Client Growth:
spotting opportunities within our client set to cross and up sell our Services, to ultimately improve client performance


New Business:
showcasing Campfire Services to potential clients and pitching proposals to meet their needs


Responsibilities:


As a Strategic Account Exec, you'll be expected to support the team and feed in to all the above pillars, becoming integral to the delivery of World Class work and service.


You are responsible for supporting the wider Strategic Accounts team via efficient and process-driven activity to ensure services are delivered on time and to the highest standard.


You will be in contact with a selection of Campfire's clients and will assist with the planning and execution of services and campaigns on larger accounts, helping account management delegate responsibilities with supporting teams.


As a client-facing member of the agency, a Strategic Account Exec needs to be personable and operate in a calm, approachable manner, whilst carrying out duties with professionalism and respect.


As a Strategic Account Exec, you will:

Support and Develop Relationship Management:

  • Support the Strategic Account Managers on key accounts
  • Support the Strategic Account Managers in Client meetings by minute taking and supporting in follow up comms and action sharing
  • Clearly communicate the progress of campaign initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations in a timely manner if and when things change
  • Ensure clientfacing documents are up to standard in terms of accuracy and quality
  • Ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and successful manner to fulfil client needs and objectives

Support and Develop Project Management:

  • Assist the Account Manager with delegating responsibilities to supporting teams, helping ensure activity is on track
  • Support in preparing and maintaining key client process documents, such as Creative Briefs, Product Knowledge sheets and Client Bibles.
  • Use internal tools and coordinate with internal teams to collate insightful data to help construct clientfacing reports and analysis on the performance of our work, checking that information is accurate before sharing with the Strategic Account Managers for commentary and QAing.

Client Growth and New Business:

  • Provide support on producing proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Work with the Insights team to provide channel, market and industry analysis to support proposals for opportunities the team have identified
  • Support in the preparation of proposals and pitch decks, feeding into relevant research and creative ideas

Development:

  • Continuously develop expertise across all our service channels, to establish yourself as an expert in social and the wider industry
