Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

Knowledge of spoken Arabic is required
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

As a Pastry & Cake Shop Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our Cakes & Baklavas.

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
