Shifts to be confirmed between 09:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Total hours per week: 35


What will the apprentice be doing?
Cudox Wellbeing is a community interest company, providing high quality, accessible counselling and psychotherapy for adults and children.

As our new apprentice you will support the existing team by providing a reception service, assisting with business administration and social media.


Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and providing a reception service
  • Answering the telephone and ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service
  • All aspects of general administration
  • Data entry, updating client records
  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Taking and typingup minutes
  • All other associated duties as required
As an apprentice you will work from our Head Office on Abbey Walk, in the centre of Grimsby.

You will be supported by a Workbased Trainer who will visit you in the workplace to deliver training, as well as assisting you with an apprenticeship project.

You will also receive full training and support from the employer's small, friendly team who have a wealth of knowledge in this industry.

Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard - Business Administrator
A bespoke programme of practical, technical and vocational learning
Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 2 (if applicable)
