Customer Support Agent - Worcester, United Kingdom - Bamboo Marketing
Description
Flexible working hours between 8am-8pm Monday - Saturday. 20-40hrs per week. Hybrid working once fully trained.
We are a marketing agency specialising in automotive contact centre solutions.
Responsibilities;
- Make outbound duty of care calls to existing customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Give advice on recommended services
- Identify upsell opportunities, promoting the benefits of additional products and services as appropriate
- Proactively action and respond to leads and enquiries from multiple systems within strict time frames
- Maintain accurate customer data
- Support inbound customers with enquiries and convert into bookings
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Starting pay £9.54 per hour with a competitive commission structure.
- 30 days paid holiday + extra days for length of service
- Full training and induction will be provided. (Office based for approx. 68 weeks depending on previous experience, then hybrid)
