Description

Flexible working hours between 8am-8pm Monday - Saturday. 20-40hrs per week. Hybrid working once fully trained.
We are a marketing agency specialising in automotive contact centre solutions.

Responsibilities;

  • Make outbound duty of care calls to existing customers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Give advice on recommended services
  • Identify upsell opportunities, promoting the benefits of additional products and services as appropriate
  • Proactively action and respond to leads and enquiries from multiple systems within strict time frames
  • Maintain accurate customer data
  • Support inbound customers with enquiries and convert into bookings
  • Achieve and exceed targets
