Description

Flexible working hours between 20-40hrs per week between the hours 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday. Option for hybrid working (part time office/from home) once fully trained.
Responsibilities;

Make outbound duty of care calls to existing customers
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Give advice on recommended services
Identify upsell opportunities, promoting the benefits of additional products and services as appropriate
Proactively action and respond to leads and enquiries from multiple systems within strict time frames
Maintain accurate customer data
Support inbound customers with enquiries and convert into bookings
Achieve and exceed targets
