Description

We are currently recruiting for a
Part Time Learning Support Assistant. The working hours are
8:45am-12:15pm. This role is a
temp to perm position.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fully flexible individual to work initially across a Key Stage team. The successful applicant will be prepared to work inside and outdoors.

This is a Level 3 post, and so there may be an occasional requirement for thejob holder to deputise for the class teacher for courses and short-term unplanned absences.

Requirements for the role

Clear pronunciation of English is essential
Minimum of 2 years' TA experience in the last 5 years including phonics.
Knowledge of working with children in an educational setting, of curriculum and learning strategies and an understanding of children's needs.
Must be educated to GCSE level including English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent.
Willingness to train is key, along with being comfortable working under one's own initiative.
Applicants must be good team players, with a positive cando attitude.
