We are currently recruiting for a growing company who are seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join their core customer service team based in Dunstable.


Major duties & responsibilities:


  • Providing excellent customer Service and responding to customer queries.
  • Checking timed deliveries for Key customers.
  • Liaising with various Networks to chase consignments and dealing with questions that may arise.
  • Notifying customers of any failures immediately.
  • Import customer jobs via a CSV format.
  • Arrange couriers.
  • Assist Accounts with invoice queries.
  • Working closely with Key Accounts, managing their deliveries and booking vehicles with a haulier.
  • Planning the customers deliveries with our dedicated driver.
  • Ensure that all compliance with regards to Hazardous goods movements are adhered to.
  • Working alongside various departments and supporting with daily queries.

Technical competencies:


  • IT proficient in Microsoft packages Excel and Outlook. Training will be given on bespoke systems.

  • Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy office.
