Description
We are currently recruiting for a growing company who are seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join their core customer service team based in Dunstable.
Major duties & responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer Service and responding to customer queries.
- Checking timed deliveries for Key customers.
- Liaising with various Networks to chase consignments and dealing with questions that may arise.
- Notifying customers of any failures immediately.
- Import customer jobs via a CSV format.
- Arrange couriers.
- Assist Accounts with invoice queries.
- Working closely with Key Accounts, managing their deliveries and booking vehicles with a haulier.
- Planning the customers deliveries with our dedicated driver.
- Ensure that all compliance with regards to Hazardous goods movements are adhered to.
- Working alongside various departments and supporting with daily queries.
Technical competencies:
- IT proficient in Microsoft packages Excel and Outlook. Training will be given on bespoke systems.
Behavioural competencies:
- Good communication skills.
- A team player.
- Flexible approach.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy office.
