  • Audit, risk management, or accounting professional qualification, with indepth specialist risk capabilities.
  • Detailed understanding of IFRS9 and model governance from a controls perspective, and understanding of all risk types
  • Experience in leading SOX assurance programs for the Impairment process
  • Proven history in ensuring SOX scope is regularly refreshed to reflect business and regulatory change
  • Deliver influential insight, challenge and advice whilst building collaborative relationships across the Group
  • Previously worked with key stakeholders across the credit risk and impairment finance teams
  • Experience leading people or teams
