    BUYING ASSISTANT | FASHION | ONLINE & RETAIL | HYBRID WORKING

    As the Buyers Admin Assistant you will provide administrative support alongside your AB and Buyer.

    You'll get to learn the full Buying cycle, be involved with new product development, and get great exposure into how you can progress in your Buying career.


    This is an opportunity for any fashion loving, buying hungry candidates.nYou may have months experience, or you might be a fresh graduate with placement experience.

    BUYING ASSISTANT:
    nFollow the competitors and conduct comp shops, looking at their latest trends, product launches and price pointsnShare your findings each week and monthly in reports that you share with the wider teamnConduct inspo & newness shopping reports - looking at websites and going to the shopsnYou'll relay you're findings in presentations for the wider business highlighting any key 'trending now' messagesnYou will own the critical path on a daily basisnEnsure that all fit sessions are attended and that you take notes, pictures and clearly communicate to suppliersnBefore and after fit sessions you will keep on top of sample management for the fit railnYou will create sample trackers ahead of key meetings and keep on top of the chasing in of styles with suppliersnSupport the wider team with passing samples over to other parts of the business ahead of photoshoots, gifting and campaignsnTake notes in all Buyer meetingsnPrepare Trade notes , imagery and samples ahead of the meetingnAttend Monday Trade and take note of all actionsn
