Brewster Partners are delighted to be working with the board of a local charity to recruit their new Chief Executive Officer.

The organisation is within a national network of charities that provides high quality advice to individuals, this covers Debt advice, and general advice and is given face to face, online or telephone.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established organisation through the next phase of its development.

THE JOB:

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, you will lead a multi-disciplined team of 40ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice provision.

You will also be responsible for developing and overseeing future strategy, business plans and budgets as well as secure existing funding and growing the income streams

To be successful you will be able to develop excellent working relationships with partners and other stakeholders internally and externally.

You will also provide up to date, succinct and accurate information to the Board so that they can make clear decisions based on information provided.

THE PERSON:

To be successful you will need to demonstrate significant experience at a Senior Leadership level and the ability to innovate, devise and clearly articulate strategies and resource plans.

You will also need to be able to have financial acumen and have managed budgets and ideally funded projects. Communication will also be key in this position as you will be networking internally and externally at all levels.
