This is a job for someone who enjoys people development. Good communication, IT and attention to detail are required.


You will need experience in training and development from either a rail or construction background, OR have transferable skills from other L&D work you have undertaken.


You would need to be a great communicator with strong IT and attention to detail skills and knowledge and experience in training & development in construction or rail industries or have transferable skills from a previous L&D functioning team.


Our dynamic training team cover all aspects of the training cycle and you will be expected to fully immerse in all aspects of the work.

You will have the opportunity to achieve membership of the CIPD if required.


Skills and duties

  • Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required
  • Customer and supply chain support / enquiries
  • Update competency records of employees, monitoring expiry dates, sending reminders and training invitations to staff
  • Produce training data and information for inclusion in the board reports

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
