We at Blakely Scott are working with national provider that holds a strong reputation for supporting adults with mild to severe complex needs that range from, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and Autism.

We are assisting our clientwith the recruitment for a new Registered Manager to oversee this Residential Home, located in Purley, London


About the Role:


Our client pride themselves on their person-centred approach and see this as a great opportunity for a new Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for the direct leadership of this Residential Home, which provides care and support to adults withChallenging Behaviour, Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality standards of care and service are delivered to regulatory, contractual and company standards.

In addition to this,you provide defined operational support management to the existing support worker team and ensure that quality care is being driven throughout the service.


Skills &v Requirements:


  • A detailed knowledge of the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with Adult Social Care is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a matrix organisation and to deliver continuous improvement via coaching, mentoring and strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the key business activities associated with leading a Residential Homes
  • Experience of Managing a service that supports adults with Challenging Behaviour, Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

Summary:


Our client are looking for this Registered Manager to provide support to existing support team and continue the consistent day to day operations of this Residential Home.

Your will be required to ensure that the service meets the organisational requirementsfor quality management, health and safety, legal and regulatory requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.

In return, our client are offering a base salary of £40,000 p/a - Pension Contribution and further internal progression opportunities.
