£39,000 - £41,000 + Welcome Bonus + Annual Bonus

Blakely Scott are pleased to be working with a highly reputable organisation who provide children's residential homes, specialist schools and colleges and fostering services.

The organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Managerto open up a brand new children's home in the March area.

The Role:

This is a brand new home which will provide care for up to 5 young people with varying needs. The Registered Manager will be joining the organisation at an exciting time, leading the home from the very beginning of it's journey.
To achieve positive outcomes for the young people, the role will include multiagency working, personalised care planning and creating positive relationships both within and outside the home.
The role will also include building, leading and inspiring a full staff team, being flexible and altering your management approach as and when needed
You will ensure the home meets Ofsted statutory requirements at all times
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager within Children's Services, who is passionate about delivering high quality, personalised care to achieve the best outcomes in young people's lives
We need someone with the drive and commitment to move this home forward, as well as having creative and innovative ways of communicating with the young people, creating opportunities for each young person taking into account the individuals needs
We are looking for someone flexible, highly motivated and who has the ability and judgement to make key decisions so that you can manage the daytoday operations

Essential:

At least 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home
Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience in achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports
A full, clean driving license
NVQ Level 5 in Children and Young People's Services or willing to work towards
