- Identify and evaluate training needs for both new hires and current staff members.
- Design and execute training programs tailored to meet identified needs.
- Conduct specialized training sessions focusing on job-specific skills.
- Ensure adherence to Job Specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct refresher courses and provide updates on relevant topics.
- Offer ad hoc training sessions as necessary.
- Provide operational support during peak periods as part of ad hoc duties.
- Maintain and update training matrices.
- Coordinate training events, managing logistics and necessary equipment.
- Generate timely reports on project progress.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effective delegation.
- Proficient in planning and organization, with adaptability to changing business requirements.
- Proactive, dynamic, and adept at motivating others in high-pressure environments.
- Competent in IT, particularly with Microsoft packages.
- Flexibility in working hours is a must.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at a high level.
