- Working alongside the Deputy Clinical Pharmacy Manager you will share responsibility for planning the day-to-day running of the Medicines management service to the wards.
- You will spend time in a patient facing role working on inpatient wards to support the delivery of a range of clinical services.
- You will support the planning and delivery of training to the Medicines management team as we look to develop their clinical skills as well as our wider training responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will be provided with the support of a well-established team, opportunities to develop and embed their careers, and to make a difference to patients' lives.
- To develop, deliver and evaluate the Clinical Pharmacy Service provided to the wards with responsibility for business planning and staff management in line with pharmacy service level agreements and objectives set by the Director of Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy Manager & Deputy Clinical Pharmacy Manager.
- To manage staff to ensure the effective operation of the Services provided to the Clinical service.
