    Job Title:
    Business Development Lead

    Job Description:

    • Generate, nurture, and close deals across European markets
    • Develop and deliver valuable pitches showcasing deep understanding of solutions and power markets
    • Manage and expand existing customer relationships
    • Collaborate with leadership teams to design customer-oriented propositions
    • Prepare and present business performance reports with actionable insights
    • Customize pricing models based on customer needs
    • Lead contract negotiations

    Requirements:

    • Experience in energy-related software solutions
    • Familiarity with latest business development methodologies
    • Strong negotiation skills and risk management
    • Detail-oriented with effective account management skills
    • Fluency in English and one of French, German, or Spanish

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in grid operator operations or consulting services
    • Knowledge of DSO environments and relevant technologies
    • Ability to work with autonomy in a collaborative environment
