Implementation Manager

Responsibilities include: -

• Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks relating to change within the Premier and Affluent divisions in the Natwest group 
• Understanding the reasons for change, and how this impacts clients and wider business. In addition, help the accountable stakeholders communicate change to the relevant business areas
• Develop and train teams around the wider impacts of change from current processes to new processes
