Description

We are currently working with a
Gloucestershire based, public sector organisation who are looking for a
Recruitment Partner on a
2-yearfixed-term contract
.


The role is a
full timeposition (37 hours) paying
£34,723, with up to 4 days a week working from home.


Daily duties will include:


  • Advising and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring all aspects of recruitment activity are delivered, including the commissioning and contract management of external consultancies and suppliers
  • Participating in interview panels and assessment centres
  • Making recommendations on how the recruitment process can be continuously improved
  • Supporting the wider HR team to ensure that all post interview documentation is processed, and preemployment checks are carried out
  • Facilitating and presenting the organisation's induction programme
  • Supporting the development of the recruitment and onboarding training modules, utilizing the HR system (iTrent)
  • Acting as the lead for IR35 regulations and agency/contractor arrangements
  • Promoting and coordinating talent development initiatives including apprenticeship, graduate and leadership programmes

Experience required:


  • CIPD L5 qualified, or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes to ensure the best process for all parties
  • Knowledge and awareness of employment law, HR policies and procedures with the ability of offer first line HR advice
  • Demonstrates ability to manage and maintain effective recruitment and associated HR systems (i.e. ATS)

Working pattern:


  • 37 hours


  • Monday

  • Friday
  • 8.45am 5.00pm willing to be flexible
  • Up to 4 days working from home
