Salary:
£35,000 per annum


This is a permanent opportunity to work for an exciting award winning production company as an Office Manager Our client is seeking an individual with a minimum of two years in an office management role and an outgoing personality for this role.


Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daytoday facilities within the office, rectifying any outages or issues promptly (using external suppliers where required), and ensuring the office remains clean, presentable, always safe and welcoming
  • Manage all food, beverage, hygiene & stationery suppliers, ensuring that stock levels are proactively managed, replenished and deliveries processed efficiently and autonomously.
  • Support the in delivering any major office related projects e.g., refurbishment, office moves
  • Manage a Facilities & Office Management budget, ensuring that credit card bills are checked and reconciled scrupulously each month and that spend is within budget
  • Maintain and enforce office security standards including limiting access to authorised personnel only, alarms & shredding of confidential materials. Locking up is managed by building security.
  • Organise Company Events e.g., Christmas & Summer parties including booking venues, managing budget, obtaining budget approval & on the day logistics
  • Responsible for Health & Safety training, ergonomic assessments & inductions for all new starters.
  • Act as a Fire Warden & First Aider, managing our roster of fire wardens & first aiders across the business and ensuring we always have sufficient Fire Wardens & First Aiders.
  • Own & manage Health & Safety within the workspace, remaining fully up to speed on all H&S requirements, providing proactive solutions to the business on how to meet them.
