Your role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
Established in 1953, Alan de Maid are experts in selling and letting residential houses in the Bromley Borough and surrounding areas. Our six interlinked offices are located in Beckenham, Bromley, Chislehurst, Locksbottom, Orpington and West Wickham and are strategically placed in prime locations for the London commuter market.
