We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our EMEA Marketing team as a
Marketing Specialist to within our EMEA Headquarters in Inchinnan, Paisley.


What you will do:


You will collaborate with our market development teams (our internal customers), marketing communications (Marcomms) and marketing project management (MPM) teams to deliver tactical marketing activities as part of their strategic marketing campaigns which build customer value, revenue, and growth.

This means you ensure the timely execution of marketing tactics and activities associated with the campaigns you will be supporting.

You will bring seamless tactical execution, production process excellence and brand compliance, whilst working across multiple projects, to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness and an excellent customer experience.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Provide marketing operations execution excellence for the business's marketing projects
  • Work closely with Regional Market Development Managers (RMDs) and in partnership with Marcomms and MPM colleagues
  • Deliver high quality service for our internal customers in a timely manner
  • Where required, be involved in campaign planning discussions, using production process and channel understanding to provide guidance on project plans, timelines and formats
  • Write clear, concise briefs, liaise with selected external vendors and ensure value for money at all times
  • Using Workfront to manage tactic production workflows, coordinate the production processes for the marketing campaigns/tactics you are responsible for in the EMEA region
  • Maintain an active dialogue with the right internal and external partners to achieve production deadlines, communicate production status and support the ontime delivery of campaigns
  • Where required, as part of a project team, coordinate the procurement of 3rd party media, print, promotional giveaways and translations to support the delivery of EMEA campaigns
  • Ensure tracking is in place for marketing activities to allow for campaign measurement
  • Support the improvement of tactic and project performance by focusing on high production quality, accurate and clear content, brand alignment and a simple and appealing customer journey that is relevant to the audience.
  • Brand and legal adherence:
  • Have a good understanding of brand guidelines
  • Ensure brand standards are met in all tactics you work on
  • Connect with the global brand team on brand approval for marketing tactics
  • Connect with our Legal team to ensure our promotions and marketing material meets requirements
  • Work on various adhoc projects as required for the Marketing organisation

Who we are looking for:


  • Hold a bachelors degree in marketing or business discipline
  • Minimum one year of experience in a Marketing role
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Show passion and initiative in all projects and be happy working both independently and collaboratively
  • Keen to learn and develop the skills to craft and develop messages, content and creative
  • Highly organised and have the capability to manage several projects simultaneously whilst prioritising workload effectively to meet expectations
  • Able to communicate with internal customers and business partners to understand objectives and enable campaign delivery
  • Results oriented and able to contribute to the development of campaign and tactical plans, and deploy content that targets diverse customer groups and delivers returnoninvestment
  • As this position covers the EMEA region you should be comfortable working with people from various cultures and have strong communication skills
  • Native (or proficient to native levels) in English.
