Customer Service Advisor - Spanish & English Speaking


City Recruitment Services is representing you to
BLS International. We assist BLS for HR & Payroll services. We ensure that BLS experiences outstanding services from us. BLS would like to invite passionate Spanish & English speaking
Customer Service Advisor to work with BLS. Previous experience working as bilingual Customer Service Advisor will provide added advantages. BLS will offer induction and full in-house training. You will offer exceptional client/customer service.


Job Role:


  • Providing Customer Services to the Applicants over the phone and at the counter, (answering inbound calls or making outbound calls),
  • Dealing with hard copies and soft copies of documentations (e.g. Passport, Proof of Address, Travel Insurance, Travel Ticket, Hotel Reservation, Guest invitation letter etc),
  • Taking Biometric registration of the Applicants,
  • Taking payment from the Applicants,
  • May need to contact/visit the Embassy of Spain in Manchester,
  • Your role involves organising & managing the front desk.
The above job role is not limited, you may be requested to assist colleagues within your skills & capacity.


Your responsibilities:


  • Work as part of a team and supporting team members,
  • Be able to achieve individual KPI and team targets,
  • Making sure to complete the tasks on time,
  • Confidently enable to advice about the services offered by BLS, training will be provided,
  • Understanding and anticipating colleague, client and applicant's needs,
  • Excellent ability to show customer service skills and a positive attitude,
  • Interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication.

Applicant's skills and personal characteristics:


  • Spanish & English speaking,
  • Customer service background in a customerfocused environment,

General Working Time:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 05:30, we cannot guarantee the weekly working hours.

Overtime will be paid if you are required to stay extra time to complete your daily tasks.

We run payroll from 21st to 20thof next month, and pay on the last working day of the month.


Starting pay rate:

£9.50 to £9.75 per hour, depending on experience. Break is unpaid.
