Job Role of a Customer Service Agent & Administrator:
- Customer Services over the phone and at the counter,
- Attending phone calls; (Answering inbound calls. Making outbound calls if required),
- Collecting documents (e.g. Passport, Proof of Address, Travel Insurance, Travel Ticket, Hotel Reservation etc.) from the Applicants,
- Taking payment from the Applicants,
- Soft copies & hard copies of Recordkeeping,
- Occasionally you may need to contact/visit the Embassy of Spain in London,
Your responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team and support team members.
- Respond to queries from team members.
- Ensuring timely completion of the assignment.
- This role involves organising & managing the front desk facetoface and over the telephone.
- Be able to quickly build rapport whilst checking and receiving documentation from the individual applicant/customer.
- You will have daily involvement to contact clients/customers.
- Confidently enable advice about the services offered by BLS.
- Delighting with clients/customers by anticipating and understanding their needs.
- Selfmotivated and strong communication skills with a view to achieving your individual targets.
- Must be able to work comfortably under pressure and have a passion for results and a genuine desire to develop both personal and a successful team.
- Excellent ability to show customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Interpersonal skills In both verbal and written communication.
Skills and personal characteristics:
- Customer service background in a customerfocused environment.
- Confident communicator on an individual and group basis with excellent interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic with positive approach and manner.
- General IT skills.

General Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 am to 05:30 pm.
Overtime will be paid if you are required to stay extra time to complete your daily tasks.
Starting pay rate:
£9.75 to £10.25 per hour depending on experience.
