    Job Title: People Science Analyst (PSA)

    About the Role:
    As a PSA, you will lead the way in HR analytics, delivering advanced insights on the correlation between employee experiences and organizational results. By utilizing a vast employee dataset, you will conduct various statistical analyses, collaborate with internal teams, and develop in-depth reports to enhance our clients' understanding. This role offers a unique opportunity to merge research disciplines and provide valuable insights that impact organizational outcomes positively.

    • Devise methodologies to analyze data effectively while ensuring data privacy
    • Extract valuable insights from HR datasets to drive actionable outcomes
    • Collaborate across teams to implement advanced HR analytics projects and enhance the company's reputation
    • Identify key themes from data to assist clients in enhancing their culture and business results
    • Support and enhance expertise within customer-facing teams through training
    • Contribute to thought leadership on HR topics and present research findings to executives and clients
    • Prior experience in high-growth SaaS companies or HR Tech is preferred

    Your Profile:

    • 5-7 years of experience linking employee survey data with business outcomes
    • Proficient in statistical analysis and tools like R
    • Skilled in presenting data to stakeholders and suggesting actionable strategies
    • Experience in creating reports and articles for executive audiences
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies

    • Lead people analytics projects from inception to delivery for clients
    • Contribute to shaping the company's research strategy
    • Mentor People Scientists on client-specific studies
    • Participate and present at various events to engage with the community
    • Create thought leadership content for multiple platforms
