The Business Support Team provides fundamental support to other departments across HIWFRS, by providing first-class administrative and general support. There are approximately 30 administrators, within the Business Support Team.
The support offered is a mix of central based and embedded support, within departments to help maintain close working relationships and to enhance department specific knowledge.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our team.This role will be embedded within our Risk team, primarily supporting with the use of our risk sharing software as well as coordinating the review of risk information.
You will be liaising with station personnel and will be responsible for the administration of the SharePoint site ensuring coordination with other departments sharing risk.
Other activities will include supporting the development of new systems within the department and the upkeep of Premises Risk Information.
There is also an expectation of flexibility, which may include support to the Business Support Help Desk and other departments as required.
