Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
£23,000 - £26,000 per annum plus benefits

Here at Serco, we're looking for a Monitoring Coordinator to join us at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

The Monitoring Coordinator will develop and strengthen the monitoring, inspection and evaluation processes and procedures, and monitor the sustainability of data and results.


The main duties will include maintaining and reviewing the required databases needed for the statutory data submission, providing feedback to managers and contract managers, obtaining and recording evidence for potential mitigation, and working closely with management to maintain compliance.

The Hospital cares for the people of Norfolk, north Suffolk and further afield, providing almost one million out-patient appointments, day case procedures and in-patient admissions every year.

The hospital has 1,200 beds and state-of-the art facilities and works closely with the University of East Anglia to train health professionals and have a strong focus on research.

What you'll need
You will need excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience and knowledge of monitoring, capacity assessment methodologies and the ability to lead on the implementation of new systems.

You will also need a strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet required deadlines.
