Hamptons are seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Services Consultant to join our team in Aldgate, with the option of hybrid working arrangements.


As a valued member of our successful team, you will receive extensive training and be presented with numerous opportunities to progress quickly within the Client Services department and the wider business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to increase local market share
  • Provide uptodate local and national market updates to Vendors and Landlords to establish credibility and trust
  • Win instructions for Lettings and Sales across the Hamptons network by delivering persuasive sales pitches and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local market
  • Establish a strong and lasting relationship with branch managers to enhance collaboration and ensure optimal client service
  • Ensure tasks are organised and uptodate

Skills & Experience Required:


  • An individual with a track record of achieving results in a sales based role
  • To be passionate about building relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • To be organised and have a proactive approach
  • A selfmotivated individual with good time management
