- A level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care or equivalent.
- Experience of managing a Residential, Learning Disability service.
- Experience of caring for individuals with similar needs including Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.
- Experience of CIW regulations and standards (desirable).
- Great leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience of managing budgets.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Annual salary of circa £39,000 + Company benefits.

Job DescriptionHampton's are working in partnership with our client, who provide care for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs - we are supporting them in recruiting a Registered Manager for one of their services in North Wales region. The appointed Manager will be appointed to take responsibility for a residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Complex Needs.
