- Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with our partnered agencies. Collaborate with MHR's design agency to guarantee the consistent implementation of the brand across all advertising channels.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with advertising strategies. Handle relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, providing accurate forecasts and schedules. Utilise financial acumen to deliver value from advertising spend and optimise campaign efficiency.
- Analytical Skills: Employ analytical skills to plan, evaluate, and optimize advertising and media campaigns. Continually assess campaign performance, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
- Innovation and Opportunity Scanning:
- Continuously scan the horizon for new advertising opportunities to enhance MHR's brand presence and increase awareness. Identify innovative approaches to amplify MHR's message and cut through the competitive landscape.
- Brand Survey Oversight: Oversee the execution of quarterly brand surveys to analyse advertising performance. Provide insightful reporting based on survey findings to guide future advertising strategies.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the broader MHR advertising team and marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment to drive advertising efficiency and effectiveness.
