private client consultancy work by the bucket load, so much so we have created a new position for someone like you to join us and step into a
100% advisory role, and we are open to this being worked on either a full time or part time basis.
Picture this, you would be joining an ambitious top 60, 17 partner practice at a time when the tax team is growing.
Although there are 165 employees across the firm you would become part of our
25 strong tax team, stepping into a brand-new position created for
an innovative and experienced personal/private client tax specialist.
Our tax consultants work alongside our compliance team, and with the ever-changing tax landscape, the team are looking for a personal tax specialist to join the team, navigating through the diverging tax rules and supporting the ever-growing
international client base, as well as looking at opportunities to provide continued innovation of service to our wider client base.
Your ability to build relationships, trust and rapport quickly with clients will be put to good use, your portfolio will consist of a variety of
HNWIs, providing advice, researching and suggesting proposals for resolution to personal tax matters relating to non-dom status, family tax, non-resident landlords and tax planning.

The Nitty Gritty
- Our standard working week is a 35hour week on a hybrid basis (two days home, three days in the office) and hours are flexible between 7am 7pm

- Our 25 strong Partner lead tax team is half compliance and half advisory, with individuals specialising in either corporate or private client tax

As with any job we think there are a few things that would help you succeed from the start, these include:
CTA qualified- would be great, but it's not essential
Strong technical knowledge - bit of an obvious one, you will need to have proven experience of providing personal tax/private client tax advice to a variety of clients including international clients

Experience within a tax consultancy/advisory heavy role is essential (our compliance team are brilliant, and we have all of that covered)

Experience of working as either a Manager, Director or Consultant within an accountancy practice, or tax consultancy
- Have a desire to take responsibility for
continuing to support development of the wider tax team:
Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with team members and holding meetings with clients
Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify cross selling opportunities
