    Job Title: Operational Capability Delivery Manager at System Operator

    Location: Milton Keynes

    Duration: Permanent, Full-time

    Band & Salary: Band 2B, Salary £71,163 - £80,059 (Subject to experience)

    Job Description:

    Who are we looking for? We are seeking individuals with experience in driving change and technology change, particularly in complex environments. Success in this role hinges on effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Understanding the operational landscape and adopting a user-centric approach are essential for product and service development.

    What does the average day look like? As the Operational Capability Delivery Manager, you will lead projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Your key responsibilities include developing business change and communications strategies, managing project resources, and overseeing training activities for operational staff.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Ability to drive project delivery and achieve objectives with proven benefits delivery
    • Experience in leading complex technology/business change and continuous improvement
    • Proficiency in managing end-to-end customer and stakeholder relationships
    • Skills in leading and managing teams with a focus on helpdesk/customer care and project delivery
    • Advanced communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
