About the role


All employees have a responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.

The Service Connect Administrator will complete their tasks & responsibilities within the code of conduct prescribed by Draeger corporate standards including those for compliance and data protection


To lead internal and external customers through the process of creating new customers accounts, renewal and updating of existing customer accounts on the ServiceConnect system.

Completing order generation and service fulfilment of ServiceConnect account users.

Creating and maintaining orders, records and data on the system as appropriate.


The role encompasses all in and outbound communication from the Customer Services team as well as the fulfilment of the core tasks.


These include but are not limited to:

  • Being the primary contact & Key User for customers and internal staff with ServiceConnect accounts
  • Assist in ServiceConnect updates and implementations
  • Customer issue handling, escalations & assist in resolution
  • Provide information & pricing
  • Quotation and generation of new accounts
  • Updating device and users within existing customer accounts
  • Ensure correct level of access is provided based on training and contract entitlement
  • Order & invoicing processing
  • Mentoring and training of colleagues in the use of ServiceConnect
  • Proactive contact with existing customers
  • Assist Academy Specialists with support visits and travel to customer sites when required

  • 5 Academy Administration team

Your Qualifications
Education/Qualifications

  • Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience.
  • IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP
Related Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise
  • Ability to work in team environment.
