We're now looking for a Process Alignment Lead to join our team in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
Organisational Structure - Work with to Process Analays to understand and document the current organisational structure for the business
Process Alignment:
- Sales/Solutions/Projects/PMO/Finance
- Consult with the ConnectWise team to ensure 'To Be' processes are workable and ensure required system changes are raised.
- From the approved 'To Be' processes create a thorough training plan to ensure all system and process changes are adequately trained ahead of golive
- Ensure adequate documentation support is available for training, including SOP's, videos and checklists.
- Deliver required training sessions (or work with assigned SME) to ensure all new processes are trained and understood.
- Work with required SMEs to stay up to date with current improvement initiatives, process changes and news.
Reporting - Work with the ConnectWise and BI team to establish required system changes for interim and final operational reporting.
PSA - Work with ConnectWise team as required for PSA migrations
Experience - Required
- Experience working in an MSP, preferably within Sales, Finance or Projects (multiple department experience a distinct advantage)
- Good attention to detail
- Good investigative and questioning skills, able to obtain information through workshops, interviews and reviewing data/documentation
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience mentoring or training team members
- Confident communicator, able to enthuse a team and gain buy in to a plan and deliverables
Desirable
- Project Management Experience and / or qualifications
