Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing first line advice and guidance to managers around the organisation on various HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting with complex employee relations casework
  • Updating and amending HR policies in line with current employment legislation
  • Supporting the recruitment team
  • HR project work.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

  • HR Officer experience
  • Experience of working within education would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be adaptable, flexible and proactive.
